We have a very simple process for obtaining a home loan at Best Loans.
Client contacts Best Loans by ringing 1300-002-190 or submits an online home loan enquiry at any time.
2) LOAN INTERVIEW
Applicant details and supporting documents collected from client. A ‘Client Needs Analysis’ is prepared, from which suitable lenders and products are shortlisted.
3) LENDER AND PRODUCT SELECTED – APPLICATION LODGED
A ‘Preliminary Credit Assessment’ is conducted and a ‘Credit Proposal’ is presented to the client. Broker submits application and supporting documentation to the lender.
4) CONDITIONAL APPROVAL
Lender advises broker of conditions and broker advises client
5) CONDITIONS MET
ie: Valuations, Lenders Mortgage Insurance (if applicable)
6) FORMAL APPROVAL
Client notified by phone and receives an approval letter from lender. Broker will notify Real Estate and Settlement Agents. (Refinancing is a slightly different process.)
7) LOAN DOCUMENTS
Client receives loan documents from the bank. These are completed and returned to the lender (Your broker can assist with these).
